Production Process & Quality Control Standards

Quality and consistency are always top priorities at the factory. Robusta green coffee beans undergo rigorous mechanical sorting combined with a color sorting system to achieve a precise 16-sieve size with a sieve yield rate of 90% or higher.

To ensure the safe preservation of coffee beans during long sea transport, the product's moisture content is strictly controlled at 12.5%, completely preventing mold growth. In addition, the impurity rate is kept to a maximum of 0.5%, and the percentage of broken or black beans is only 2%, helping roasters optimize product output and maintain consistent quality in each roasting batch.
